What Happens after I place my order? After you decide on a design, fill out the order form and note any changes in the "Special Instructions" area. If you have any other special requests please note that here as well. After you submit your order please email you photos to orders@AnnouncementAvenue.com Once your photos are received, your order will processed. If you chose to order a proof your order will not be sent for print until the proof has been approved. How Do I send you my pictures? You can email them to us at orders@AnnouncementAvenue.com. If you are scanning photos please scan at 600 dpi for best results. Please feel free to contact us if you have ANY questions! Can I use Professional Photographs? Yes, as long as you provide a signed release from the photographer. If they grant permission they usually have a form that can be forwarded to us. Should I edit my photos before sending them? No, we are able to make any edits you want for no additional charge. If you want us to make any specific changes to the photos please let us know when you send them. Are envelopes included with my order? Yes! We include an envelope for each announcement and invitation. How long will it take to receive my order? After we have received your final approval on the design, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order via UPS or FedEx. IF you have chosen rush shipment, you will receive you order in 4-6 business days. Please note: Shipping days are Monday - Friday (and do not include weekends or holidays). Will the colors I see on the computer screen for my proof be the exact same as on my actual card after print? While we make every effort to display a true color reading of your proof, some computer monitors display the true colors differently than others. If you have questions about your individual proof please let us know. What payment options do you offer? We accept payments through PayPal, money order, or cashier's check. If paying by money order or cashier's check, your order will not be sent to print until we have received payment. Do you have a cancellation or refund policy? Yes and no, If your order has not been sent to print you may cancel at any time. However, once the order has been placed with the printer/vendor refunds or cancellations cannot be done. |
